At Naturtint, we want you to be completely satisfied with your botanical hair care experience; if you are not happy with your purchase, you may return unopened products within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Contact our customer care team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring the Return Authorization number is clearly marked on the outside of the box.

  Ship the Items

  Send your package back to our distribution center using a trackable shipping service of your choice to ensure safe arrival.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
